 Congress Won’t Fund The 1994 Police Accountability Act

Despite the surge of violence against ordinary citizens congress has consistently failed to fund legislation passed in 1994 requiring Attorney Generals to keep records on excessive police force according to Stephen Lendman at the Baltimore Chronicle .  Police violence or excessive force by police wasn’t criminalized in the legislation.

The folks at , Injustice Everywhere  has made an attempt to record police misconduct in this country and has a few databases and statistics.
