Spearheaded by Assistant Labor Secretary Phyllis C. Borzi , and Deputy Assistant Treasury Secretary,Mark Iwry,

the treasury and labor departments would like to know the best way to forcibly make you convert at least part of your 401k to T-funded annuities.

Since 1980 the inflation index has been manipulated to keep interest rates low. Therefore, the return on the retiree’s 401k and IRA’s would be dismal.

Much like Social Security, the govt. would  guarantee a steady income during retirement. However,most people have paid a lot more into Social Security than they will ever receive. Plus, many will never receive Social Security ( in essence, a tax) because congress has spent the hard earned money placed in the Social Security Fund.

The Democrats approached this subject once before,  in 2008.

U.S.News reported in 2008,  “House Democrats recently invited Teresa Ghilarducci, a professor at the New School of Social Research, to testify before a subcommittee on her idea to eliminate the preferential tax treatment of the popular retirement plans. In place of 401(k) plans and IRA’s she would have workers transfer their dough into government-created “guaranteed retirement accounts” for every worker. The government would deposit $600 (inflation indexed) every year into the GRAs.

Each worker would also have to save 5 percent of pay into the accounts, to which the government would pay a measly 3 percent return.

Rep. Jim McDermott, a Democrat from Washington and chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee’s Subcommittee on Income Security and Family Support, said  in 2008, “the savings rate isn’t going up for the investment of $80 billion [in 401(k) tax breaks], we have to start to think about whether or not we want to continue to invest that $80 billion for a policy that’s not generating what we now say it should.”

The source was synthetic, not the “mixed tocopherol” version from living plant sources I wanted, which contains the whole E spectrum. The package contained a total of 10,000 IU of E, the equivalent of a mere 25 capsules of 400 IU each that we are used to buying. In Canada, our bottles contain 90 capsules and cost about $20. If Codex rules in Canada, we will likely pay $800 for a bottle of 90 capsules of low-quality vitamin E — if Health Canada lets us buy that many at once, and if you can find a doctor willing to prescribe it.

He then handed me a tube-shaped metal container with vitamin C effervescent tablets. Each tablet, when dissolved in water would release 10 mg of vitamin C in a refined sugar solution. Thus, this ridiculously low amount was to be taken in a sugary medium that would neutralize the vitamin without it doing anything at all. The cost: about $10 for 12 tablets.

Then he asked me, “What’s Co-enzyme Q10? Are you allowed to buy all this in Canada in such dangerous dosages?” When I told him what I take daily, his eyes popped. Then I asked, “Why can’t I buy these supplements here?” He replied, “Well, Germany is a Codex country.” Oddly, Germany has several government-run hospitals where environmental illness is treated with nutrients only, intravenous vitamin C, etc. Life is full of paradoxes and few more follow below.

The city councils of  Alpharetta, Sandy Springs and Marietta ,Georgia have recently ordered taser guns for their police force.  Alpharetta, will be spending approximately $1200.00 for each gun. I have priced taser guns. The most expensive one I have ever found was at an expensive retail outlet and it was about $300.00. How a taser gun could cost $1200.00 is beyond me but then again we are talking about the government. We know how they can be foot loose and fancy free when spending the hard earned money of their citizens. Hundreds of people have died in the U.S. alone from the police using taser guns. There is a growing concern with numerous civil rights organizations concerning  use of taser guns by the police.

Police officer asks man to exit car because;

1. He is too slow producing his license.
2. and because he doesn’t like his attitude

and therefore the policeman tasered him. That is assault.

So, now civil servants are God like creatures and can’t be questioned? Is that it?  They can’t be questioned? They are paid by us and work for us.  Don’t forget it. We can even look at them anytime we want to. A friend of mine was pulled over by a policeman in Atlanta because she was driving on the road at 4:00 a.m.  He asked her what she was doing out at 4 a.m. She had just left her mother at the hospital emergency room. It wasn’t any of his business what she was doing on the road at 4 a.m if she wasn’t breaking any law and she wasn’t.  That’s called police harrassment.  if this or anything like this happens to you, complain afterwards to your city council, the mayor the police chief or the governor. Write a letter to the editor. Otherwise this type of action will only increase.

Breaking: Dutch Authorities Claim No Accomplice in Airport; Contradicts Eye-Witness Account

According to Reuters, Dutch authorities have announced that Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab, the terrorist who penetrated the Dutch security system on Christmas Day on Flight 253 to Detroit, acted alone with no accomplices at the Amsterdam airport.’This directly contradicts the first-hand, eye-witness account from Kurt Haskell, a lawyer from Taylor, Michigan who was on board Flight 253.  We have reported Mr. Haskell’s account here at Big Government as well as his interview with Andrew Breitbart on The Dennis Miller Show, the nationally syndicated radio program on Westwood One.

Alex Jones Calls For Boycott of Air travel

Airport Body Scanners are too invasive and the govt. does not have probable cause.

1. The scanners would not have detected the type of explosives the Christmas day bomber was wearing..
2. The naked body scanners could violate the Protection of Children Act 1978.
3. Body scanners are dangerous and Terahertz Waves Tear Apart DNA.
4. A person is more likely to be struck by a meteorite than to be involved in an airplane terrorist event. Until this we have had two events in 6 years and they always originate overseas,not here at our airports.
   
5. Probable cause should  be established  before subjecting a citizen to essentially a  strip search.

Internet talk Radio and film documentary producer, Alex Jones at Infowars.com has called for a boycott of all airports . Some polls indicate up to 80% of the public are against the naked body scanners planned for airport security. I don’t know about you but can you stand to go to the airport anymore? It’s too uncomfortable to fly. The seats are too small and now they expect you to sit in your seat for the last hour with your hands in your lap. Forget it! The airlines are losing passengers. and…  Contrary to the grainy images shown by the govt., these scanners graphically show a persons genitalia, even the pores on a woman’s breast can be seen.

Reports are, govts. ordered these machines last year leading many to think the Christmas day bomber was a govt. sponsored operation, false flag, propaganda event.  States know,citizens will often forgo liberty and freedom and will submit to draconian searches for the sake of safety.  The opertive word is submit. The Democratic Senate health care bill makes it official: Seniors are America’s new Jews.

An exaggeration? Yes and no. In no way do I wish to trivialize the horrific slaughter of Europe’s Jewish population by the Nazis, nor the systematic oppression of Jews in history. However, Obama and the Democratic Party have embraced a worldview that allows them to go after seniors in much the same manner that tyrants (and the United Nations) have used Jew-bashing as a tool to accumulate power and steal wealth..

In Obama’s America, wrinkles are about as trendy as white belts and polyester slacks, and gray is the new Jew.

Barack Obama is astonishingly brutal about the value of that lifetime. A “senior moment” should be just that, they say: a brief period rarely extending beyond the 60s (for us, of course, not them)
Seniors now find themselves the official go-to group for a president intent on taking both life and property and giving to those who are younger, to people who are more diverse, to illegal immigrants, and to Democratic Party allies.

According to Hawaii News Now, children living within 1.5 miles of  school will have to find their own transportation.  As of January 1, 2010, bus transportation to school will not be provided by the state for 40,000 students.

UK’s Guardian newspaper reported in October the state of Hawaii has a 1 billion dollar deficit.

Schools will be closed  for 17 Fridays. Teachers have taken an  8% reduction in pay.. 171,000 students and all 256 schools in the state of Hawaii will be affected.

Budget deficits have forced unpaid teacher leaves in 25 other states.

The World Watch Institute stated, ” Pangolin researchers gathered earlier this month in Singapore and concluded that increased demand from China has led to “great declines” in pangolin populations across Cambodia, Vietnam, and Laos.” Indigenous to the jungles of Indonesia, the Pangolin is a mammal and a type of anteater. The area of it’s brain for problem solving is highly developed..

The Thiaden News of Bangkok reported yesterday, Malaysian authorities rescued 131 more Pangolins at a cemetery.

• Democrats want to cut 500 BILLION From Medicare to Pay for the Health Care Bill

Despite giving 1.5 billion to Pakistan and awarding federal employees a 2% pay raise  in the last spending bill, Democrats and Obama are determined to stick it to the old and sick by gutting Medicare  with 500 BILLION in cuts despite a projected 30% increase in participants. John McCain did introduce an amendment to kill the cuts in Medicare but it was defeated 58 to 42. Two Democrats voted with the Republicans to eliminate the draconian cuts to Medicare.

According to the WSJ Democrats will pay for the Obamacare Health Bill with 500 billion dollars worth of cuts to Medicare. Gutting Medicare will insure health care rationing for seniors. Already in place for senior rationing is Ezekiel Emanuel’s, ( Rahm Emanuel’s brother) “The Complete Lives System” which was successfully lobbied for and included in a former stimulus plan.

Before heading off in an entourage of private jets to Copenhagen the Dems. stuck the knife into the old men and women even further. They gave it a twist and froze S.S. for 2 years.

Then to make matters worse,

• Obama Blocks the Importation of Prescription drugs from Canada.Update..

The senate voted down the amendment to allow cheaper prescription drugs from Canada by a vote of 51-48. 30 Democrats voted against the amendment
They also voted against an amendment that would require congress to have the same health care they are imposing on us.

• Obama overrides congress, cuts reimbursements for Medicare 2010 heart and cancer treatment.

According to Jacksonville.com. Medicare 2010 will look a lot different. As of January 1, 2010, Obama will cut 40 to 60% in reimbursements for heart disease and  5% for cancer treatment in 2010 and snowballing to 30% by 2013.

Making this bad situation worse, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is also scheduled to cut physician-related Medicare payments for all physicians by an additional 21.2 percent effective Jan. 1.

Year after year we have heard from the Democrats on how the Republicans want to starve seniors and make them eat dog food. Well, it is all shaking out. The Dems. truly are the party of death. They successfully push and push abortion resulting  in the ending of 1.1 million U.S. babies lives a year either by curettage or suction and now they are on the march against old people,ready to assault them.

Schumer Calls US Airways Flight Attendant,BITCH!

No doubt Chuck Schumer used taxpayers money to the fullest and flew first class. It must have really galled him when a flight attendant asked him to follow the rules like the other passengers on the flight and turn his cell phone off. After all, he was probably busy,looking for new ways to take her pension after he added numerous taxes to it. After all, he is a busy,important man.

He is so special and so important he felt the need to argue with the flight attendant and then boorishly called her BITCH!

So why is he so special? Everyone else was ready!
