It also revealed workers hacking off cows’ tails with pruning shears, shooting them in the face and nostrils with high-pressured water hoses, and dragging them by their necks with ropes attached to tractors

Once again, a Mercy For Animals investigator uncovered criminal cruelty to animals — this time at a milk supplier to Leprino Foods, the world’s largest maker of mozzarella cheese. Leprino is a major cheese supplier to Pizza Hut, Domino’s, and Papa John’s. Hidden-camera video footage shows workers viciously beating and whipping animals in their faces and bodies with chains and metal wires, and dragging “downer” cows with a tractor and electrically shocking their genitals.

Obamacare Awards Hospitals For Less Senior Care

If it’s a woman’s body and the govt. shouldn’t interfere but should pay for abortions, why isn’t it the seniors body?

On Oct. 1, the Obama administration started awarding bonus points to hospitals that spend the least on elderly patients. It will result in fewer knee replacements, hip replacements, angioplasty, bypass surgery and cataract operations.   These are the five procedures that have transformed aging for older Americans. They used to languish in wheelchairs and nursing homes due to arthritis, cataracts and heart disease. Now they lead active lives.   But the Obama administration is undoing that progress. By cutting $716 billion from future Medicare funding over the next decade and rewarding the hospitals that spend the least on seniors, the Obama health law will make these procedures hard to get and less safe.

In addition to the across-the-board cuts, the Obama administration will now impose a new measure on hospitals: “Medicare spending per beneficiary.” Hospitals that spend the least on seniors get bonus points, and higher-spending hospitals get demerits.   Hospitals will even be penalized for care consumed up to 30 days after patients are discharged, for example, for outpatient physical therapy following a hip or knee replacement.

President Obama seems to think too many seniors are getting these procedures. At a town hall debate in 2009, he told a woman “maybe you’re better off not having the surgery but taking the painkiller.”   Science proves the president is wrong. Knee replacements, for example, not only relieve pain but also save lives. Seniors with severe osteoarthritis who opt for knee replacement are less apt to succumb to heart failure and have a 50% higher chance of being alive five years later than arthritic seniors who don’t undergo the procedure, according to peer-reviewed scientific research

Recently at a middle school in a suburb of Atlanta, Roswell, a history teacher at Elkins Pointe was teaching a class on the different types of govt. in the world.  The teacher stated the United States is a “People’s Democracy”.  One of the children raised her hand and when the teacher called upon her she stated the United States is a Constitutional Republic.

The teacher attempted to bully and stifle all dissent. 

With one word,”HALLWAY” and a finger point, the child was ordered to leave the class and accompany the teacher to the hallway where she was told under no  conditions was the teacher going to put up with this today. I can only suppose the teacher had had enough of those who support our current system of govt.

The meaning of the term “People’s Democracy” is closely related to  the meaning of the noun, Marxism.

In the U.S.,  The People’s Democracy is associated with unions,the Black Liberation movement and theb struggle in Northern Ireland.

Georgia Snow Puts Most of the State in Lockdown

Ice, Snow, Atlanta

Well, we have been stuck in our home since Sunday night.  At 8:15 PM everything was fine. By 9:00 it was a winter wonderland.  That’s unusual for Atlanta.  Usually it will snow all night and we will end up with an inch of snow.  It’s usually gone by 3 pm the next day. According to my rain gauge  we got about 7 inches of snow here in Alpharetta Sunday night.  It was followed by some freezing rain and relentless low temps.  We haven’t received any mail since Saturday. 

 The U.S. P.O. was at a standstill and workers did not show up for work until today.  Ditto for UPS and Fed Ex.  No deliveries at my house!  Limited deliveries started today.  Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza were closed on Mon. and Tues. and may still be.  So are most grocery stores. 

D.O.T. Can’t Cope

The D.O.T. focused on the interstate highways.  Many roads, such as Piedmont and Peachtree  pass through the heart of Atlanta and are state roads. They are maintained by the state.  Therefore, the city of Atlanta did not clear these roads.  Businesses,schools and the govt. could not operate.  Still, city schools in Atlanta are closed tomorrow.  Finally on Tuesday, the city of Atlanta contracted with private companies.  Private companies were better equipped to clear the roads and were more efficient.  Three days after the storm many city roads were still impassable.  Some govt. offices across the state opened late. Some still are not open.

Shortage of Kerosene Heaters,Supplies

We held our breath and hoped we would not get over 1/4″ of freezing rain which would probably have cause power outages.  Thank goodness, we didn’t. I looked for a kerosene heater before the storm hit and there was not one for sale in the whole town.  I won’t go through that worry again.  Next time we’ll have a lantern and a heater so if the ice does take the power down we will be nice and toasty and we’ll have light.  The grocery stores that have opened have almost run out of food because they haven’t had any food deliveries.  All perishables are gone in the grocery stores.  A lot of people are running out of food at their homes.  

Most counties haven’t had school since last Friday.  Even  the city schools will still be out tomorrow.  Georgia roads are so hilly and that makes it all the harder to traverse and to clear.  They did get most of  the interstates cleared yesterday.  All transportation but rail was halted and then only limited service.  People stranded at the Greyhound bus station slept on the floor for days.  They complained of no food service at the bus station. Tractor trailers were jackknifed and wrecked everywhere.  Forget about getting your car towed.  I’ve been told wreckers are only responding to emergencies.

The stupidity is, the so-called, gas guzzling, polluting cars have to keep driving around looking for a parking space and pass this perfectly good space up. Electric cars aren’t really green. They get their power from electricity. Electricity is generally produced by, God forbid, coal.

TSA DRAFTS WALMART,PLANS FOR SCHOOLS

For months now the TSA has worked with private companies and state govts. to expand the “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign. 230 Wal-Mart’s nationwide have programmed screens located at checkout counters to inform shoppers the federal govt. needs their help to capture terrorists. Funded partially by a 13 million dollar grant, plans are to expand the operation to 588 Wal-Marts, total.

PLANS TO EXPAND OPERATION TO SCHOOLS & PRIVATE SECTOR                               

 

The partnership has been expanded to,” American Hotel & Lodging Association,
Amtrak, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, sports and
general aviation industries, and state and local fusion centers across
the country.”Plans are to include the public school systems. Perhaps children will be encouraged to rat on their parents. Remember last year when the public was told to rat on anyone who criticised health care to the Whitehouse? Remember when  Secretary, Kathleen Sebelius threatened the insurance companies if they criticised health care?This is an incremental step.  Naploitano needs to justify why the TSA should be expanded. Make the population scared. Convince them,even Wal-Mart isn’t safe. Obama said he wanted a national police force that is just as powerful and just as well-funded as the military.

Could Be Backdoor Plan For National Police Force

If Napolitano can expand the TSA which now has 60,000 employees to also cover trains,subways,buses,shopping centers then she will give Obama his police force won’t she? At first they won’t be armed. At first they won’t stop cars or go to someone’s house to question them as they take notes of what the person has in his house such as guns ,dogs etc.  Maybe they will disappear as thousands have in Columbia. This is just the start. Better dismantle the TSA. I have heard for a while, Homeland Security was not meant for terrorists but for control of the U.S. citizens.

Due to the huge # of terrorists acts on Greyhound buses the U.S. Border Patrol, I.C.E., The Dept. of Homeland Security and the T.S.A. (Transportation, Security Agency) joined together with local authorities to grope passengers traveling on- board Greyhound buses in Atlanta, Georgia and Tampa ,Florida.   Along with the groping, the so-called, counter terrorism projects included the use of  police dogs.   Evidence of the dumbing down of America could be seen when several passengers stated they felt safer after being groped.

On Sept.29th and 30th, Georgia Interstate 20,near Atlanta was target by Operation VIPER .  Homeland Security and the Department of Transportation drafted the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office to conduct searches of trucks traveling along interstate 20, just west of Atlanta.  According to  WSB TV of Atlanta, the searches included,  “screening devices, dogs and  large drive-through bomb detection machines.”   This was the third search in the Atlanta area in a span of 3 weeks.  EXPECT MORE AND MORE OF THE SAME

TSA’S , Pistole stated he wants to expand the TSA.  On Nov.23rd, Janet Napolitano stated she wants to expand the TSA to cover,trains,ships,metros, and subways. Already, the T.S.A. alone, employs 60,000 people.

OBAMA’S NATIONAL POLICE FORCE IS HAPPENING

17 minutes into his speech on July 2nd Obama said, “We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we have set.  We’ve got to have a civilian security force that’s just as powerful , just as strong, just as funded.”  A few minutes later, Obama said, “People of all ages,stations and skills will be asked to serve.”

OBAMA IS GETTING HIS CIVILIAN POLICE FORCE

During Obama’s run for president in 2007 he stated,  “We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we have set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful ,just as strong, just as well funded.”

LOCKDOWN-GET USED TO SUBMITTING
Today,Homeland Security Director,  Janet Napolitano announced she wants to expand the TSA to cover all ship,subways and trains.  Former FBI and now head of the TSA agrees and said so this past summer.  It was also announced today, that congress and those with official govt. papers will be exempt from the security screenings and the enhanced security pat downs. 

 TSA has 60,000 employees. They want to unionize.  Airline security was handed off to the govt. soon after the take down of the twin towers in 2001.  At that time.they knew full well they intended to unionize the TSA.  Now they are unionizing . Employees of the TSA are not happy with the public’s criticism of them. Just wait. Soon you won’t dare to raise your gaze at them. 

This won’t stop with trains and ships. Soon they’ll stop cars and have strip searches on the spot,in the name of national security. In case you haven’t figured it out,homeland security was created for us, not terrorists. It was created to control us. Recently a farm bill,food safety bill was considered that would put all small farms under the jurisdiction of Homeland Security. 

What are the odds a person would be involved in a hijacking or bombing aboard an aircraft? 1 in 30 MILLION?  How many people have died due to terrorism?  Is this worth our freedom? There are better ways to approach this but that is not what their intent is. Notice how they threatened the insurance companies, how they threatened Glen Beck.

The underwear bomber originated in another country. The cargo bombs originated in Yemen.. There are no crotch grab security checks anywhere, but in America.
