There is absolutely no excuse for this. The local police should charge these people with animal cruelty and there should be jail time.
1.
Andrus Dairy – Wisconsin 2014
An undercover investigation by Mercy For Animals exposed workers at a dairy supplier to Great Lakes Cheese—one of the largest cheese producers in the country—viciously punching, kicking, and beating cows. It also revealed workers hacking off cows’ tails with pruning shears, shooting them in the face and nostrils with high-pressured water hoses, and dragging them by their necks with ropes attached to tractors
2.
Winchester Dairy – New Mexico, 2014
Once again, a Mercy For Animals investigator uncovered criminal cruelty to animals — this time at a milk supplier to Leprino Foods, the world’s largest maker of mozzarella cheese. Leprino is a major cheese supplier to Pizza Hut, Domino’s, and Papa John’s. Hidden-camera video footage shows workers viciously beating and whipping animals in their faces and bodies with chains and metal wires, and dragging “downer” cows with a tractor and electrically shocking their genitals.
