Ezekiel Emanuel (Rahm Emanuel’s brother) is the creator of the “Special Lives System” and Obama’s special health care advisor.;

Ezekiel Emmanuel MD  lobbied for and got funding in the “Stimulus” bill for Comparative Effectiveness Research (CER). The Federal government would use CER  to determine  rationing decision modules for health care.  Health care accessibility would be determined by agents of the state depending on a person’s age and their usefulness. Human beings below the age of eight and after the age of 55 would have reduced (if any) health care.

It would be unlikely a 62 year old with stage 3 cancer would receive treatment. His number of quality life years could not be justified by the cost of his treatment.
